Sadie Frost's company has gone bust.
The company, Frost-French, owed one creditor alone a astounding �3.3m ($6.6m).
Financial results for 2007 showed that they made a �774,533 ($1.5m) loss on top of the inning of debts of �900,000 ($1.8m). In 2005 it lost �388,102 ($700kk).
The company -- whose renown fans include Kate, Helena Christensen, Leah Wood and Jerry Hall -- has now bygone into administration.
Now, together with business married person and close friend, Jemima French, she's set up a new firm, Frost-French London Retail, to try out and turn around their losses.
A source tells Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "Sadie and Jemima were both absolutely devastated when they realized the company was heading into administration.
"They've place their heart and soul into FrostFrench for the past nine years so neither were prepared to go depressed without a fight.
"As a result they have place up a new company to invest in the label - and to pay back some of the money they owe.
"Sadie is compulsive to pay back every penny - but there's absolutely no guarantee this will happen.
"The next few months are crucial."
Sadie and Jemima have now closed the late opened King's Road shop in London. Their trading website has also folded although this is apparently due to be relaunched early following week.
Earlier this month they were ordered to pay �5,000 ($10k) in compensation to a former employee world Health Organization accused them of racial discrimination. The company was taken to an employment judicature by Aba Yankah wHO claimed she was pillaged after just one daylight because of her race.
